    Doctors who have a track of producing at least $3000 daily and have no issue getting clinical case acceptance.

    Our platform is very specific and driven toward Patient experience, same day dentistry and integrated specialty thru mentorship and being aligned, with that said, our ideal doctor should be someone that is willing to learn and adapt the proven culture of same day treatment, willing to build up the specialty program within the office by refereeing patients when is the case.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and injuries of teeth, gums, and mouth
    • Clean and fill cavities
    • Repair cracked or fractured teeth
    • Extract teeth
    • Provide preventive care, such as cleaning and applying sealants and fluorides
    • Educate patients on proper oral health habits and nutrition
    • Prescribe medications, such as antibiotics and pain relievers
    • Perform root canals, crowns, bridges, and other restorative procedures
    • Administer anesthetics and perform other surgical procedures
    • Maintain patient records and compile data for research or grant applications
    • Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
    • Refer patients to other healthcare professionals, such as orthodontists and oral surgeonsJob Requirements
    • Must be licensed as a Dentist in the state in which they practice or be willing to become licensed
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be knowledgeable in the latest dental practices and procedures
    • Must have an in-depth knowledge of oral anatomy and physiology
    • Must be able to diagnose and treat dental problems
    • Must be proficient in the use of dental instruments and equipment
    • Must have excellent knowledge of dental materials
    • Must be able to provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive dentistry
    • Must have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
    • Must be a team player and be able to work with other healthcare professionals
    • Must be able to handle stressful situations
    • Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with a variety of patients
