    Description
    Element6's client is looking for a Senior Internal Business Analyst to join their team in Madison, WI.

    As a Senior Internal Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the primary liaison between the IT project team and various business areas within the organization.

    Your primary responsibility will be to identify, analyze, and document complex workflows essential to the successful implementation of our client's Safety Data Platform.

    Additionally, you will manage project grant scope and reporting requirements, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with technical leads and business users to create comprehensive data mappings that drive project success.

    Coordinate business area activities related to IT projects, including scheduling meetings, gathering and documenting business needs and requirements, tracking project assignments and status, and facilitating testing plans and schedules.

    Assist in the development and implementation of project communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

    Utilize your expertise in grant management and reporting to oversee project grant scope and compliance.
    Leverage your proficiency in ArcGIS Online to contribute valuable insights and support project objectives.


    Qualifications:


    Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or Business Liaison roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.

    Demonstrated expertise (4 years) in collaborating with technical leads and business users to create data mappings that drive project success.

    Proven track record (3 years) in grant management and reporting, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.
    Strong proficiency (2 years) in ArcGIS Online, with the ability to leverage geospatial insights to support project objectives.
    Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment and initiative.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
