Job summary
We are seeking an experienced licensed Speech Therapist to join our team As a Speech Therapist you will be meeting with new patients assessing their speech needs and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals You will also be documenting all patient care observing and participating in treatment and adjusting goals milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology is able to provide compassionate care to every patient and has excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Meet with patients for the first time in their speech journey answering introductory questions
- Make evaluations create treatment plans customized for that patient working with them to set shortlong term goals for their speech wellness
