Salary: $65,000-$70,000
Tentative Start Date: February 2026
Job Summary:
Richies Tavern is seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to start in a supervisory position with a clear pathway for growth into restaurant management.The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, and leading front-of-house staff. This position is perfect for someone with strong serving experience and a desire to develop their leadership skills further.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Create exceptional guest experiences, talking to customers, and creating regulars
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support management with scheduling, inventory control, and operational tasks.
- Maintain and uphold company standards, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of serving/bartending experience in a full-service setting
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
- Passion for hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
Additional Positive Qualifications
- Experience opening a new a restaurant concept
- Strong interview skills and training skills
- Experience with R365 and Toast
