Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours acting as key leader liaison among teams throughout the store;Partner with department management to prioritize delegate tasks ensure Front End/customer checkout operations runs efficiently monitoring business customer traffic throughout the store managing right number of open checkout lanes running register when necessary reduce customer wait time;
Manage performance team Customer Service employees providing resources training feedback development opportunities;
Provide Incredible Customer Service customers employees alike acting champion throughout store for values standards
