- Overall understanding of weekly product, model booking + styling team scheduling
- Attend weekly Turn Over meetings + monthly Buying and Merchandising meetings to gain full understanding of new product, fit and messaging information
- Ownership and execution of styling out and technical pinning on set, including hair + makeup
- Creative forecasting + swiping for ecomm studio
- Collaborate with Merchandising team and sample coordinators to help manage samples
- Manage and maintain MTS + STEP
- Work closely with Production team and AD regarding shoot calendar planning and sample availability.
- Identifying big buys, large investments, and own brand product
- Following weekly business updates
- Consistently monitor our brand presence in relationship to competitors and other sites.

Overview
The Senior Stylist's objective is to drive the revenues of the business through effective styling and merchandising of product, thus creating an optimal shopping experience for the customer. This position partners with Creative, Merchandising, Buying, Design, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Product and Web Creative Photography
•7+ years of experience is preferred
•Well-organized, productivity-focused, driven
•Able to execute with meticulous detail and keen sensitivity to the Anthropologie aesthetic
•Strongly self-motivated and a quick learner, able to creatively and independently solve problems
•Comfortable, positive, and flexible in a culture of continuous feedback and change, with a willingness to learn and grow
•Able to multitask and manage heavy workflow to stay on schedule and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
