The Picking/Packing Associate is responsible for accurately picking and packing clothing items to fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, be organized, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Order Picking:

• Retrieve clothing items from storage shelves or bins based on the order ticket.
• Ensure that the correct size, color, and style of each item is picked.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to minimize picking errors.

Quality Control:

• Inspect clothing items for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packing.
• Ensure that all items meet the company's quality standards.

Packing:

• Pack clothing items securely and neatly in appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bags, etc.).
• Label packages accurately with customer and shipping information.
• Seal packages using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.

Inventory Management:

• Update inventory records by marking items as picked and packed.
• Notify the Warehouse Supervisor of any inventory discrepancies or shortages.

Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:

• Keep the picking and packing area clean and organized.
• Dispose of packaging materials and waste properly.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
