    Description
    Responsible for the strategic and daily leadership of the entire organization across North America
    Responsible for the overall success of icotek corp, as well as the implementation
    and pursuit of the global growth strategy
    Expanding the market presence and acquiring new accounts by identifying, planning
    and managing sales activities
    Inspiring and building a high-performance organization
    Ensuring sales, revenue and earnings targets are met
    Reviewing operating results of the team on a scheduled periodic basis to help
    identify areas for support and corrective actions
    Promoting the professional and personal development of employees
    A hands on mentality
    Requirements

    You have completed technical training or a comparable course of study and have the relevant
    know-how
    Demonstrated leadership and management experience in working with cross-functional,
    geographically dispersed teams
    Several years of professional experience as a leader with a strong technical background
    Good strategic, market-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting skills
    Professional and customer-oriented appearance as well as a strong ability to work in a team
    Execution – Consistently demonstrates a positive attitude to meet challenges (can-do spirit)
    Prioritizing and multi-tasking time-sensitive tasks
