    The Human Resources Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for partnering with departmental managers to ensure that our workforce is adequately staffed, engaged, and supported.

    This position involves administering and implementing HR policies and programs, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate regulations.


    Job Duties:
    Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and implement HR strategies addressing employee-related issues, including absenteeism, turnover, and morale.
    Oversee the recruitment and retention process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
    Coordinate local preparations for union negotiations, if applicable, and maintain effective relationships with union representatives.
    Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, complaint investigation, and employee recognition programs.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
    Participate in quality projects and initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field requiredMinimum of 5 years of HR Manager experience in a lean manufacturing or repair environmentPHR or SPHR certification preferredDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to build and manage interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organizationResults-driven with a people-oriented approachProficiency in HR systems and databases, as well as Microsoft Office applicationsIn-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
