    Join our Team for a Balanced Work Life!

    The Driver role involves driving participants within the community and to medical appointments when needed.

    This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-4; no nights, weekends, or holidays required.

    Location: Based in Methuen, MA, with flexibility to work across Lynn, Beverly, Gloucester, Lowell, and Brighton, Ma.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Transport participants to various appointments.
    • Assist participants in boarding and alighting the van.
    • Maintain vehicle cleanliness for safe transportation.
    • Report any incidents promptly.
    • Collaborate with the Supervisor to address participant needs.
    • Clear snow around vans in winter for safety.
    • Support Day Care Center Staff as required.
    • Comply with safety regulations, including fit tests and wearing masks.
    • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
    • Flexibility to work across different locations.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid state Driver's License.
    • Minimum 5 years of safe driving experience.
    • DOT Physical and driver training required.
    • CPR and First Aid Certification.
    • Ability to assist wheelchair-bound individuals.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Physically capable of moving patients in wheelchairs.
