- Effectively works closely with Business Manager and Service Writer to ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience.
- Professionally delivers boats to customers, including reviewing the features and benefits of the boat, reviewing electrical panels, toilets, and windlass to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Completes OneWater sales training and maintains communication on a regular basis with existing customers.
- Independently plans days and visits to store locations, setting up deliveries, and reviewing inventory
- Actively participates in Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales and customer events.
- Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of product, market and industry knowledge, and obtains OneWater Sales Certifications as needed.
- Builds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputation.
- Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat.
