- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of web-based applications and digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address potential issues and ensure backward compatibility.
- Document and track defects, and work closely with developers to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, with a solid understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
