Bhojani Law, PLLC - a growing law firm and title company - is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team to act as the Assistant for our company and to manage day to day administrative tasks for our office.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the job as Administrative Assistant for our CEO law firm, title company and investment division by managing the day to day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, professional, willing to be flexible and perform a wide variety of tasks with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities will include:
Required skills:
· Minimum of 2 year of experience as an receptionist and/or administrative assistant.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
· Minimum of 1 year of Bookkeeping experience
