    Wilkes University invites applicants for an Associate Director of Graduate Admissions position in the Office of Graduate Admissions
    .

    The successful candidate will be a key asset to a dedicated and energetic graduate admissions team. The responsibilities of the Associate Director will focus on the recruitment and enrollment of graduate students in designated programs.

    The Associate Director regularly collaborates with deans, program directors, faculty, enrollment services, student financial services, global diversity, and marketing and communications to recruit and enroll students.

    The successful candidate will work closely with prospective students throughout the admissions process via in-person and virtual visits along with meaningful e-mail, text and phone communications.

    In addition to these important responsibilities the Associate Director will also be assigned to other critical initiatives and special projects related to graduate enrollment.

    The Associate Director will attend recruitment events and conferences related to graduate programs that will help enhance recruitment and lead to partnerships with local businesses, school districts and other important community partners.


    A bachelor degree is required and the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years prior experience in higher education admissions, sales or marketing
    .

    Previous experience with adult learners and graduate programs is preferred. Wilkes University is a Technolutions Slate partner; previous work experience with Slate is preferred. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
