    The Mullings Group, located in Delray Beach, FL, is looking for an Operations Intern to join the team. This is ideal for a student looking for a longer-term part-time opportunity while attending school. This is a 6-12 month internship, beginning immediately. This is not a summer or short-term internship. You must live within a commutable distance of Delray Beach and have reliable transportation.

    Opportunity Overview:

    As an Operations Intern at TMG, you will have an exceptional opportunity to receive training and mentorship and learn the inner workings of business operations from our Delray Beach, Florida headquarters. You will partner closely with our team to support daily operational and administrative activities while working directly with our Chief of Staff and Operations team.

    This is an ideal position for a university or graduate student majoring in business management/administration, communications, or entrepreneurship.

    More about the Role:

    This is a 6-12 month internship, beginning immediately. This is not a summer or short-term internship. Must live within a commutable distance of Delray Beach.

    This position will be limited to 20 hours per week; we are flexible with school schedules.

    This is an onsite position; no remote positions will be considered.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide general operational and administrative support including stocking and ordering supplies, setting up and arranging materials for company meetings, arranging meals and travel, preparing business agreements and managing online storage files, research and data entry into spreadsheets, supporting with technical issues, greeting office visitors and answering incoming calls, assisting with company events, and additional projects/day-to-day activities as assigned.
    • Engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders on projects to completion.

    Qualifications:

    • Current Undergrad or Graduate student with a major in business management/administration, communications, or entrepreneurship.
    • Eager to learn.
    • A proven track record of excellence in academics, sports, clubs, or activities—"Will to Win."
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Tech savvy is a plus
    • Strong multitasker, highly organized, and can work well under pressure.
    • Authorized to work in the U.S.
