- Work with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to determine requirements, develop specifications, and ensure the proper test/evaluation of satellite systems.
- Support Failure and Test Review Board (FRB/TRB) activities
- May lead, approve or develop plans/procedures/reports for First Article and Production tests.
- Perform and document technical analysis on proposed systems and products.
- Support Specification and contract Statement of Work development.
- Coordinate with various vendors to ensure their proposed products meet requirements.
- Review vendor proposals and provide technical feedback.
- Participate in the final check-out for new designs.
- Review and approves/disapproves of End of Life (EOL) parts recommendations from vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in a science, technology engineering, or mathematics field.
- Desirable to have experience in Software test and/or development.
- Desirable to have experience with DoD satellite communications systems.
- Desirable to have familiarity with Electronic Technical Manuals (ETMs) and Interactive ETMs (IETMS), Training.
- You have strong organization, analytical, problem solving, time management and communications skills and are detailed oriented
- Experience working with Microsoft Office is required (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Some travel is required
