    Description

    YOUR MISSION

    • Collaborating with global and regional BU's as well as commercial marketing, sales, and merchandising, and visual merchandising teams to develop a showroom product story strategy for key milestones in the Go To Market plan for the calendar year in regionally owned showrooms (Assembly Row, New York City, Pittsburgh). This includes but is not limited to PCR, Line Freeze, Seasonal Sales Meeting, and individual account sales meetings.
    • Develop the brand experience/graphic/fixture/pop take-down strategy in conjunction with the Global Commercial Marketing team's direction for PUMA HOUSE in Herzo for each event.
    • Collaborate with the Teamhead(s) Marketing Brand Experience and Design and other critical partners to develop VM guideline for each trade show/showroom/sales meeting event. Communicate this guideline to BE&D team, PUMA C.A.T.S., Sales and Merchandising teams.
    • Work alongside the Teamhead Brand Experience & Design (VM) to manage VM execution in Regional Showrooms for each event.
    • Manage the overall budget for each showroom location and event to ensure support for all key initiatives through the lens of Fewer, Bigger, Better.
    • Represent Brand experience team in Sr. Leadership meetings and presentations as it pertains to omnichannel Visual Merchandising practices and standards.
    • Comfortably and effectively communicate across all levels of the business, with the capability to respectfully challenge authority in order to influence overall creative vision for our showroom experiences for all internal and external consumers.
    • Any other ad-hoc projects as requested or assigned.

    YOUR TALENT

    • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or other design related field
    • 5+ years of experience in multi-location space planning, creative innovation and adaptation, and Visual Merchandising, preferably with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand.
    • Enhanced cross-functional communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Design suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
    • Working knowledge of 3D space planning programs like AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc
    • Ability to travel domestically (and possibly internationally) 20-35%% of the time including nights and weekends.
    • Proven cross-functional communication skills and seen as a team player.
