The Prevention Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in expanding The Second Step's prevention education reach and impact. This position has a dual focus:- Outreach & Program Growth:
Supporting the Director of Prevention Education in building and maintaining relationships with local and regional industries, businesses, schools, and community partners to increase awareness of intimate partner violence and prevention strategies. - Workshop Facilitation:
Delivering engaging, trauma-informed prevention education workshops on topics such as Domestic Violence 101, healthy relationships, communication boundaries,and bystander/upstander intervention.
