- Analyze financial data, manage financial transactions, and prepare financial and income reports;
- Monitor internal controls and audit processes to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations;
- Participate in budgeting processes, optimize accounting functions and operations, and develop financial growth plans;
- Assess and manage risks to ensure financial stability and growth;
- Supervise departmental workflow, conduct employee evaluations and interviews; hire and train new employees per company policy.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance;
- A Certified Public Accountant degree (preferred);
