The

IT Business Analyst

will support system architecture, SDLC processes, business processes and development/maintenance for enterprise applications including but not limited to EnterpriseOne, Workday, NetSuites, , Oracle Transportation Management, and SUT.

Area of focus will be on enterprise applications (with associated systems) design, setup, maintenance and management including but not limited to analysis of business process, optimization of business and application effort, troubleshooting and issue resolution, and technical application support.

This position is located in Cincinnati, Ohio and is not a remote role.


Responsibilities Include:
Maintain and support Enterprise applicationsMaintain and enhance business processes for area of focusWork with business counterparts in support of the business requirements and overall business process improvementCollaborate with other business analyst, business personnel, and developers on the IT team ensuring business requirements and expectations are metAs required, perform knowledge transfer of best business practices throughout business and IT personnelActively participate in business optimization efforts, Master Data Management, upgrades, and implementation of new business software

Qualifications Include:
Bachelors or equivalent work experience required, MIS preferredAbility to work independently in support of the business in an enterprise application area (sales, purchasing, inventory) with one or more systems3+ years Enterprise applications implementation or support experience or demonstrated equivalence preferredApplication Administration, Support, and Implementation experience for multiple organizations preferredIn-depth understanding of one or more areas within an enterprise application in support of business processes preferred
