Culinary instructors are responsible for teaching students the skills and knowledge needed to work in a kitchen or restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

  • Implement instruction with a strong focus on Massachusetts Vocational Technical Curriculum Frameworks.
  • Teach topics such as baking, food handling, sanitation, food safety, meats, nutrition, hospitality menu preparation and recipes.
