As Global Accounting Controller reporting to the CFO, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals across multiple geographies, steering our financial health and ensuring compliance, and efficiency across all accounting operations.
Your role will be critical in shaping our financial strategy, risk management, tax compliance, and supporting the broader organizational goals under our management framework.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, KPI's, audit, and compliance
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements for compliance
Generate accurate monthly financial statements and departmental P&Ls to guide decision-making
Manage payroll processing, ensure seamless AR/AP operations and timely collection efforts
Lead month-end closing procedures and maintain rigorous control over all financial transactions
Work collaboratively with outside tax accountants to ensure tax compliance and optimization
Lead enterprise risk management effort, including insurance and mitigation actions
Manage loans and liability obligations and contracts
Administer fixed assets, intangibles and lease accounting
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA or equivalent designation
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a private company setting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in payroll management, AP, AR and collections
Experience in financial report writing and analysis
Solid understanding of corporate accounting principles, including debits/credits and general ledger reconciliation
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Strong excel skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using SAP Business One ERP software

Pay :
Range $159,000 - $190,000 per year depending on experience and location, plus participation in stock option program.
