    Description

    As the Facilities Associate with this public relations firm, you will be responsible for assisting with building maintenance, constantly being on your feet and helping with a variety of tasks. It will be your responsibility to facilitate office workflow by supporting operations, facilities, managing conference room scheduling, and seeing special projects through from start to finish. The team is looking for a customer-service oriented professional with a can-do attitude. This company possess a fun working environment with a beautiful new office space.

    About the Job:

    • Monitor the office space and prepare conference rooms for meetings by moving desks, hanging pictures, installing furniture, or setting up presentation materials.
    • Keep a neat and tidy workspace; monitor office supplies and restock when necessary.
    • Manage catering, kitchen stocking and supply, operational facilities flow with cleaning and maintenance vendors, and shared space booking, set-up and take-down.
    • Oversee vendor relationships to promote strong working relationships with internal and external vendors and clients.
    • Provide necessary administrative support, assist with planning office events, and ensure multiple projects/research tasks are completed in a timely manner.
    • Proactively respond to issues and call maintenance professionals to address issues relating to plumbing, lighting, and/or internet service problems.
    • Assist with various projects and internal cross-departmental support.
    • Flexibility to sit at the front desk when needed and serve as a general gatekeeper to guests.
