Job Summary:
# Performs a full range of paralegal and advanced administrative duties in connection with the functions of the Legal Affairs Department.# Provides legal and administrative support services to Legal Counsel, including drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate and regulatory filings, correspondence and other documents.# Direct communication with management, physicians, outside counsel and other staff members.# Coordinates, reviews and assists Legal Counsel with resolution of legal matters in areas of contracting, healthcare regulations, governance and other areas as assigned.# Coordinates external and internal matters for Legal Counsel, including coordination of contract database.

## Qualifications:

# College Degree preferred.# A paralegal certificate or degree is required.# Prior experience with healthcare contracts, healthcare regulations or corporate governance a plus.# Proficient in MS Office and electronic calendars.# Professional grammar required.# Ability to relieve Legal Counsel of administrative details when appropriate.# Multi-tasking and confidentiality required.# Must have ability to work with changing priorities and work independently with #can do# attitude EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
