- The Director of Student Support will use student data to drive decisions.
- The Director will ensure full compliance with local,state,and federal policies related to student supports,discipline,wellness,family engagement
- The Director leads campus based student support roles including Deans of Students,
Student Support Counselors,Behavior Support Specialists,&
BH Availity Assistants by providing regular feedback,
individualized development plans,and ongoing coaching - The Director oversees intervention programs MTSS structures that support academic
& non-academic needsand reduce at risk barriers to success - The Director leads crisis response efforts coordinating communication ensuring safety protocols are followed,supporting students staff,& families through de-escalation,stabilization,recovery
