My Choice Therapy is a growing Home Health Therapy company providing quality services to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are looking for skilled and patient-focused Therapists to join our growing team

Open Positions:

• Physical Therapist
• Occupational Therapist

Choose Your Service Areas:

• West LA/South Bay/Beach Cities: Inglewood, South LA, Ladera Heights, Westmont, Lennox, USC, Crenshaw, Leimert Park, Baldwin Hills
• San Fernando Valley: Glendale, Granada Hills, Encino, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, Sherman Oaks
• Antelope Valley: Lancaster/Palmdale

Required licenses/ Credentials/ Certifications:

• A valid practicing license from the State of California
• Must have a Business License or willing to apply for Business License
• Professional liability insurance
• CPR Certification
• Driver's license
• Auto insurance
• Physical Exam
• TB Clearance
