- Execute accounting tasks for payroll, tax reporting, and compliance, as well as DOE Reporting.
- Analyze accounting data to ensure adherence to policies, laws, and regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance Accounting, FP&A teams, Program Managers, and Project Analysts.
- Manage employee receivables and related allowances, and assist with ServiceNow case management.
- Maintain payroll accounts reconciliation and prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Compile data for payroll and tax reports, analyze cost variances, and present findings to management.
- Develop corrective actions for recurring issues and assist with audit processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 2 years of experience or equivalent certification.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work remotely, hybrid, or on-site as needed.
- United States Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance if necessary.
- Proficiency in advanced accounting principles and ERP/MRP application.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead teams towards common goals.
