    Description
    We are looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join our international tax practice. The person will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complicated returns with international informational returns. Must be well versed on international tax matters and relevant code sections.
    ResponsibilitiesPrepare or Review Forms 5471, 8865, 8621, 8938, FBAR, 1040, 1040NR, 1041,1120,1120S and 1065Review accounting records, foreign financial statements, foreign tax returns, and other workpapersDirect client contactCorrespond directly with the IRS and US or foreign counselPerform tax research and report its findings directly to the Manager or Tax PartnerQualifications3+ years of experience in public accounting and at least 2 years in International TaxFundamental knowledge of TaxPrevious experience with Ultratax and Quickbooks would be a plus but is not requiredDetail and deadline-orientedStrong analytical and problem solving skillsTeam playerCPA or Enrolled Agent License would be ideal but is not a must
