- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide direct support and intervention to students with special needs in a school setting
- Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of intervention strategies
- Must hold a valid RBT certification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
- Must pass background check and meet state requirements for working with children in educational settings
