Job Overview:

As a Trainee Agent, you'll start an exciting adventure in insurance with our experienced team guiding you every step of the way. This role is all about giving you the skills and knowledge you need to become a successful salesperson, with the chance to eventually become a full-fledged Insurance Agent. You'll focus on building relationships with clients and creating a fulfilling career while helping them protect their homes, cars, and dreams.

Salary Range: $40, $75,000.00 per year

• Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program to become proficient in insurance products, industry regulations, and our agency's systems and processes.
• Client Interaction: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies by understanding their individual needs, providing quotes, and offering expert guidance.
• Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, updates, and customer inquiries to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Sales Support: Work closely with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
