    Senior Director of Clinical Resident Care

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Clinical Resident Care to oversee quality management and educational initiatives across our assigned communities.

    About the Role

    This key leadership position is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, conducting surveys and investigations, and developing corrective action plans to mitigate liability and risk.

    • Monitor policy implementation and regulatory compliance across communities
    • Investigate resident complaints and ensure compliance with resident rights policies
    • Conduct surveys and investigate compliance issues at communities
    • Support communities in identifying trends and develop corrective action plans
    • Gather performance improvement data and develop Plans of Corrective Actions

    Responsibilities

    This role will also involve:

    • Providing supervision and guidance to community administrators and Director of Health and Wellness staff
    • Ensuring high-quality care delivery to residents
    • Maintaining knowledge of regulatory compliance and proposed changes to regulations
    • Championing company culture and values

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, Master of Science in Nursing preferred
    • Maintains knowledge of regulatory compliance in all states of responsibility
    • 10+ years of nursing experience, with 5+ years of nursing management experience
    • Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing
