The Home Coord/Shift Spvr will monitor and direct the development, implementation, monitoring and delivery of individual services to ensure active treatment is provided to assigned home individuals. The incumbent will supervise team members on a rotating basis as supervisor on duty for entire facility. Relies heavily on accurate documentation and timely completion of records maintained in the home.

  • Prefer minimum age of 21.
