    divh2Shipping Receiving Clerk/h2pAs a Shipping Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products.

    This role ensures incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented, verified, and processed in a timely manner while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production schedules.

    Charlotte, NC/ppHourly rate:

    /polliReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading/liliIdentify and report discrepancies such as damage, missing, or incorrect materials/liliProperly label, tag, and record received materials in inventory systems/liliCoordinate with Quality, Purchasing, and Production on nonconforming material/liliPrepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging/liliCreate shipping documentation (packing slips, bills of lading, ASN, etc.)/liliSchedule pickups with carriers and verify shipment accuracy/liliEnsure compliance with customer, carrier, and regulatory shipping requirements/liliMaintain accurate inventory records within ERP or warehouse management systems/liliPerform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories/liliMove materials to proper storage or production locations/liliKeep warehouse areas organized and compliant with 5S and safety standards/liliOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely/liliFollow all safety procedures and company policies/liliCommunicate effectively with internal departments regarding material flow/liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics and material handling/li/olp

    What You Bring:
    /pulliHigh school diploma or GED required/lili13 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred/liliAbility to read and interpret shipping documents and part numbers/liliBasic computer skills (ERP, inventory systems, Microsoft Excel/Outlook)/liliForklift certification or ability to obtain certification/liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills/liliAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines/liliEffective communication and teamwork skills/liliExperience in a manufacturing or distribution environment/liliKnowledge of inventory accuracy, lot control, and traceability/liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly/liliAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods/liliComfortable working in warehouse or production environments/li/ul/div
