- Client Leadership: Prioritize client satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Planning and Organization: Set priorities and optimize resources effectively
- Technical Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and developments
- Collaboration: Work with others to achieve shared goals
- Communication: Share information effectively and tailor communication to different audiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wealth/investment management
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Knowledge of investment markets and products
- Sales and closing skills
- Series 6 or 7 licenses, State Life and Health Insurance Licenses preferred
- CFP, MBA or other relevant professional designations are a plus
