Role OverviewDC Finance is seeking a Conference Production Manager to support the planning and execution of investment and family office conferences across the United States.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Port Chester office and includes travel to conferences in major U.S.
cities throughout the year.The Conference Production Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with external conference collaborators, coordinating the development of panel sessions, supporting speaker participation, and assisting in building structured conference agendas.
This role will work closely with the Founder to translate conference objectives into production-ready agendas and will serve as a key coordination point between speakers, collaborators, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
The Production Manager will also travel to conference locations to support on-site execution and ensure smooth run-of-show during live events.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborator Coordination & Panel Development
Serve as the primary point of contact for external collaborators participating in conferences
Coordinate with collaborators to structure and finalize panel sessions
Follow up regularly with collaborators to confirm participation of senior-level speakers and panelists
Support collaborators in bringing relevant participants to engage in conference sessions
Agenda Planning
Work closely with the Founder to build and finalize conference agendas
Track confirmations and maintain up-to-date session structures
Coordinate timelines and sequencing across conference sessions
Speaker Identification & Outreach
Research and identify potential keynote speakers aligned with conference themes
Initiate outreach to prospective speakers and manage follow-up communication
Support speaker onboarding and participation planning
Venue Coordination
Assist in identifying and coordinating with conference venues across multiple U.S. cities
Support venue proposal review and contracting process
Coordinate with venue teams to align with production timelines and event requirements
On-Site Conference Production
Travel to conference locations across the U.S. to support on-site production
Assist with stage management and run-of-show execution during conferences
Coordinate with speakers, collaborators, and venue teams during live events
Ensure timely execution of panels, keynotes, and agenda items during conferences
Travel Requirements
Daily commute to Port Chester office (5 days per week)
Travel to approximately 10 conferences annually across the United States
(including two conferences in New York and additional conferences in other major U.S. cities)
Preferred Background
Experience in event production, conference management, hospitality operations, or program coordination
Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple timelines and follow-ups simultaneously
Willingness to travel for conferences and support live event execution
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Additional Information
This is an in-office role based in Port Chester, New York. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position
This role requires work authorization in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders)
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and relevant background. Salary range varies accordingly
