- Responsible for roof layout and roof penetrations
- Install level racking and grounding for racking
- Bend conduit on the roof
- Responsible for basic electrical knowledge on the roof (running homeruns/jumper wires for multiple arrays)
- Install tilt kits and modules
- Represent Simply Solar in a positive and professional manner
- 1.5 years of solar installation or Roofing experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with ground mounts or batteries preferred
- Experience leading and training a crew is a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check

What we're offering
In this role, you will work as part of a 3-person crew, supported by our electricians, to complete solar installations safely, efficiently, and up to quality standards.
Key Duties
You're a self-starter and a quick learner with strong installation skills. You have some electrical knowledge. You're eager to develop and improve your skills. You care about safety and providing a professional experience as much as we do.
