We are seeking a Director of Culinary Experience who is passionate about hospitality, nutrition,
and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Hire train schedule supervise evaluate culinary team members liProvide coaching performance feedback disciplinary recommendations needed liConduct in-service training ongoing education culinary staff liEnsure appropriate coverage continuity service times liPlan prepare oversee delivery meals community Develop menus accordance regulatory requirements nutritional standards resident preferences Visit residents regularly understand likes dislikes dietary needs Support therapeutic diets coordination care teams physician orders Assist meal preparation needed support service excellence Maintain compliance ServSafe food handling sanitation standards Ensure adherence federal state local regulations Maintain clean safe organized kitchen dining environment Inspect food storage supply areas equipment regularly Manage food supply labor costs approved budget guidelines Order supplies maintain accurate inventories portion controls Prepare annual budget monitor monthly spending Implement systems quality consistency cost control Maintain accurate documentation menus evaluations purchase orders policies Participate daily leadership stand-up meetings Assist resident care planning attend care conferences applicable Support community marketing efforts tours events special programs Plan prepare food activities marketing events occasions Perform duties assigned General Manager
