    Description

    Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru is currently looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in representing our company, collaborating with clients to grasp their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

    • Your main objective is to boost sales, forge solid customer relationships, and contribute to our overall success.
    • Assist customers throughout the sales process, covering pricing, payment alternatives, and ongoing promotions.
    • Navigate negotiations and seal deals while addressing any customer concerns.
    • Create and manage a lead pipeline, following up with potential clients.
    • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales prospects.
    • Work closely with colleagues and leadership to meet sales objectives.
    • Ensure adherence to all pertinent sales and consumer protection policies.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
    • Openness to acquiring new sales techniques.
    • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
