- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent training and work experience
- Significant knowledge and experience in SQL development and programming principles
- Indepth knowledge of SQL syntax, query formulation, query tuning, and procedural languages such as T-SQL, PL/SQL, or PL/pgSQL
- Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies
- Experience tuning database platforms for performance and reliability
