- Complete letters accurately, through the proper method
- Retain copies of correspondence sent
- Supervise assigned queues to ensure work is completed timely
- Capture activities that took place on account
- Assist in running daily reports
- Administrative duties including supervising front desk, accounting service tasks, and other duties as assigned
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Prior collections and/or CSR experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different groups/individuals in a professional manner
- Excellent analytical skill set with great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and handle multiple tasks with high level of efficiency and flexibility
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Understanding of basic math concepts and ability to apply training/instructional methods and procedures appropriately
- Strong administrative skill set including using a computer, fax, telephone application, data entry, and creating reports
- Ability to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
