Job summary
We are seeking an organized and efficient Assistant Manager to join our team at our Mount Vernon store.As an Assistant Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's daily operations ensuring excellent customer service and helping to lead and develop our team members.
The ideal candidate must have proven leadership skills excellent customer service skills strong communication abilities demonstrated problem-solving skills efficiency time management organizational skills proficiency in basic computer applications point-of-sale systems previous retail or customer service experience required management supervisory experience preferred high school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred flexibility work various shifts including evenings weekends holidays physical ability stand extended periods lift pounds knowledge retail industry trends best practices plus.
