    Position Overview:

    We are seeking dedicated and compassionate associate and licensed therapists to join our team at Neuro Wellness Spa for our Encino and Manhattan Beach locations. The Therapist will play a crucial role in enhancing patient access to behavioral healthcare services by providing individual therapy to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaboratively creating discharge/aftercare. This role requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care. As a Neuro Wellness Spa therapist, you will manage a caseload of 25-30 clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Individual Therapy: Meets assigned clients weekly, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, for individual sessions and completes all necessary documentation. Facilitates therapy sessions as scheduled, collaborating with the Clinical Supervisor to develop personalized treatment plans. Monitor clients' progress throughout the duration of therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

    2. Clinical Documentation: Completes same-day clinical documentation for all sessions conducted. Maintains up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

    3. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, TMS techs and more to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

    4. Crisis Intervention: Provides crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.

    5. Continued Education: Participates in weekly supervision and training session to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Stays current with best practices and developments in the field of mental health therapy. Adheres to Neuro Wellness Spa policies, ethical guidelines and professional standards in clinical practice.

    Qualifications:

    Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

    Valid registered associates or license number that is in good standing with their governing board

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to the needs of diverse clients and staff.

    Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    2+ years' experience in the field of mental health

    -Experience with TMS and higher levels of care (residential, PHP/IOP)

    Experience with electronic health record systems

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay:

    Associate pay: $62, $75,000.00 per year( Pay is based on experience,licensure, and hours accumulated).

    Licensed pay: $100, $110,000.00 per year( Pay is based on experience,licensure, and hours accumulated).

    Expected hours: 40 per week
