    Cosmetic Patient Care Coordinator

    We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Cosmetic Patient Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face and essential liaison for our cosmetic patients throughout their journey-from first call to final follow-up.
    What You'll Do

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all cosmetic patients, guiding them through consultations, procedures, and post-op care.
    • Build relationships with patients to understand their goals, provide education on procedures, and offer emotional support throughout their journey.
    • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, working closely with medical assistants and providers for seamless care.
    • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed and empathetic communication regarding services, pricing, and instructions.
    • Prepare patients and providers for consults by reviewing charts, history, and previous communications.
    • Generate quotes and collect deposits at the time of consultation, and follow up consistently until booked.
    • Attend all pre-operative appointments, coordinate logistics like after-care support and labs, and ensure consent forms and financial obligations are completed.
    • Stay connected post-op by checking in, collecting photos, encouraging reviews, and monitoring satisfaction.
    • Track and report patient metrics (consults, conversions, follow-ups) and participate in weekly coordinator and marketing meetings.
    • Support local outreach and marketing efforts, including managing social media consents and engaging with online platforms.
    What You Bring
    • Experience in patient care coordination, preferably in a cosmetic, aesthetic, or healthcare setting.
    • A warm, professional, and compassionate demeanor with exceptional communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and administrative tasks.
    • Familiarity with cosmetic procedures is a plus.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment and work collaboratively with providers and staff.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for providing a luxury-level patient experience.
    Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
    • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
    • Experience with spreadsheet management and reporting
    • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
    • Ability to learn and use patient engagement platforms and scheduling tools
