    Now Hiring: Production Specialist - Water Fabrication


    We are currently seeking a talented Production Specialist for our Water Fabrication team. This position is located in Goleta, CA and offers a contract with a competitive hourly rate.


    • Operate equipment and perform processes to build hardware in the Wafer Area
    • Utilize advanced processing experience to multitask and troubleshoot
    • Rigorously document processes in electronic tracking systems
    • Ensure equipment and processes are in control
    • Assist in directing work and checking tasks for correctness

    Highlights:

    • 100% onsite position
    • Training may occur on 1st shift for certification purposes
    • Candidates need shift hour flexibility during the contract period

    Required Skills for Production Specialist - Water Fabrication:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum 6 years of cleanroom wafer fabrication experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
    • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with semiconductor equipment
    • Experience in handling fragile hardware and documenting data
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to learn new processes and work without supervision

    Desired Skills:

    • More than four years of wafer fabrication experience
    • Knowledge in Photolithography, Wet Etch, and Deposition
    • Ability to work safely with chemicals and multitask
    • Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed
