- Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity's agency processes, account management, integrated strategies, and technology platform
- Measure and analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns, products and strategies and deliver reports internally and to the client
- Manage OEM Coordinator and/or Program Manager in daily tasks on how to prepare and execute documents, i.e., meeting agendas, reporting decks, status trackers, billing, and general Client communications
- Develop and expand client relationships through monthly in-market visits and meetings
- Work with leadership and sales teams in developing plans to continually grow revenue
- Identify and present new business opportunities beyond existing products or programs
- Detailed project management and constant communication with Account Teams and internal teams and departments on deliverables' status and current work-in-progress using internal processes and ticket management systems. Including but not limited to sales, marketing, digital, website, development, production and creative on client expectation, delivery dates to ensure client satisfaction
- Work to problem-solve production issues and errors; escalate issues, as needed
- Understand Clients' goals and effectively organize deliverables to ensure productive results
- Learn, and maintain, knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for all manufacturers
- Support OEM Vice President with additional tasks, as needed
- Assist with business development efforts such as proposals, pitch presentations, opportunity management, client follow-up, etc.
- Be a student of the Industry Hone your understanding of the automotive industry, personnel, relationships, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning and integrated marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5-7+ years' professional experience within Automotive marketing and/or agency, required
- Monthly in-market travel to Detroit Metro Area, required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, strong emphasis on PPT and excel abilities
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and notetaking skills
- Highly organized and detailed oriented

Job DescriptionAs a Program Director on the OEM Team, you will be the primary client/brand account lead and cross-departmental internal liaison responsible for executing campaigns and strategies across multiple products and solutions.
Candidates must be highly organized, able to multi-task and be detail and deadline oriented. Strong communication skills, client interaction skills and ability to develop and maintain high-level executive relationships. Automotive marketing and/or agency experience is required.
This is a full-time, salaried, remote-work position headquartered in Herndon, VA. Competitive compensation commensurate on experience, plus benefits. Eastern and Central time zones, highly preferred.
