- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Pre-op / Post Anesthesia Care Manager is responsible for the complete oversight of Tower Recovery Room. The Manager serves as the clinical oversight for AJRI Perianesthesia service. Serves as liaison between staff and administrative personnel to ensure continued departmental standards of care. Works cohesively with Director to develop standards and procedures for providing care and improve quality across the campus and the implementation of those standards. Promotes strong and effective working relationships with other departments within the facility. Responsible for oversight of unit from a budgetary stance as well as maintaining timekeeping system, schedules, and accountability records for direct reports. Works closely with supply chain to manage and control costs. Establishes personnel qualifications requirements, initiates in-service programs, installs record and reporting systems and assess, plans and implements any necessary revision of policies, organizational structure and standards of performance.
