- Reconcile accounts and resolve accounting issues.
- Analyze external financial and regulatory reports.
- Prepare entries, maintain records, and perform monthly closing accrual calculations.
- Update proper documentation and internal procedures.
- Collect data and prepare financial reports and surveys.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports to management.
- Assist with software conversions and implementations.
- Assist with quarterly reviews, annual financial statement and benefit plan audits, and periodic examinations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of financial reporting/accounting experience required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-[aced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
