Job Description Summary

We are looking for a candidate to be trained on providing service and support in the field. On a day to day basis, this would require driving roughly 1-4 hours in a company provided vehicle, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing medical devices in the field either with another technician or eventually on your own as a technician.

Daily Responsibilities

Under supervision, you will be responsible for providing routine planned maintenance, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, documentation and excellent customer service.
You will be assisting more experienced technicians with repairs and troubleshooting in the field.
You will receive your own tools and laptop, which you are directly responsible for on a daily basis.

Required Qualifications

AS or higher level educations OR High School Diploma/GED with previous mechanical hands on experience.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Legal authorization to work in the US.
Spanish speaking individual is a plus
