    Description

    Overview:

    Lutron is looking for a self-motivated, collaborative Supply Chain Leader to join our team at our Worldwide Headquarters in Pennsylvania. In this role, located in the Lehigh Valley region, you will be a key member of our procurement team, initially dedicated to the deployment of SAPs Source-to-Pay module, developing the strategies, technologies and processes used to strengthen Lutrons supply chain and maintain our position as a worldwide leader in lighting and shade control. You will apply your knowledge of SAP business processes to Lutrons evolving business needs through the management of operational relationships across direct and indirect buying and accounts payable teams dispersed globally. In this role, you will serve as a key enabler between Lutron internal customers and vendors, ensuring supplier capabilities match company needs and service levels are met to deliver on-time customer solutions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the successful execution of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation within the procurement function
    • Analyze and define complex ERP systems functions, business processes, and user needs
    • Work cross-functionally to ensure ERP processes are aligned to both operational and business needs
    • Lead and implement complex functional configuration, testing, and maintenance tasks for the ERP systems modules
    • Champion internal training and adoption of SAP processes
    • Drive continuous process improvement projects including the future implementation of SAP enhancements
    • Ensure best-in-class supply performance by benchmarking suppliers and ensuring service level performance is met
    • Solve emerging supply chain problems, such as logistical challenges, material supply availability and vendor capability
    • Act as the ongoing, subject matter expert, managing the system and adjusting configurations to business needs
    • Continuously benchmark suppliers to ensure best-in-class supply performance
    • Ensure suppliers are meeting our expectations of service level performance
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in supply chain, business, or technical curriculum
    • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.0 for all degrees earned
    • 8 or more years of industry experience and management in various purchasing or supply chain roles
    • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time
    • Multi-lingual (primary English), Spanish desired
    • Experience with a recent SAP implementation in either a core team or subject matter expert role is highly desired
    • Knowledge of SAP Ariba processes, Configure to Order(CTO) and data management is preferred
