    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgery Physician to meet the growing demand for foot & ankle orthopedic care at Orthopedic Specialists Indianapolis in Indianapolis, Indiana, with additional outreach responsibilities in our Mooresville, IN location. Podiatrists are not considered for this position. Physician will provide orthopedic care to adult and adolescent patients with foot/ankle issues, including sports injuries. Candidate will collaborate with our orthopedic medicine team to provide comprehensive operative and non-operative patient-centered care, offering convenience to our patients.     WHAT WE NEED:

    Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Physician will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with team to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

    WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

    • Flexible full-time schedule
    • Ortho trauma and weekend call rotation: 1:6
    • Weekday call rotation: 1:5
    • Average outpatient volume: 20 – 24 patients per day
    • Outreach responsibilities in Mooresville
    • Common Diagnoses and Procedures:
      • Fractures
      • Soft tissue injuries (ligament, tendon, injuries)
      • Tendon/ligament reconstruction & repair
      • Joint pain
      • Plantar fasciitis
      • Arthritis
    • Up-to-date technologies and state-of-the-art surgical equipment
    • On-site Equipment:
      • X-ray
    • Strong, large Primary Care network referral base
    • Dynamic opportunity to grow your foot & ankle practice

    Qualifications:

    • Doctorate Required
    • Physician License (DR) - Upon Hire Required and
    • Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
    • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association Upon Hire Required
